This site began as a result of my love for traveling and wanting to create the best memories for families. Vacations are supposed to be fun, but travel planning can be extremely stressful, particularly when traveling with children. Luckily, Take Off Travel takes the stress out of family travel planning and helps families make the most of their time together, planning everything from where to go and what to do to where to eat and how to get there. From long weekends, to school breaks, extended vacations, and even staycations, Take Off Travel has coordinated vacations all over the world for families with children of all ages, interests and needs - and we help you plan the perfect vacation for your family too! 

 

As a child, founder Odellia Fischer traveled all over the world creating lasting memories with her family. Now Odellia puts her passion for travel to use helping families around the globe plan the perfect vacations. Her enthusiasm for family travel, along with professional work experience as an event planner, has enabled Odellia to coordinate unforgettable experiences for countless families. Trips have included domestic travel to U.S. cities ranging from San Diego and Chicago to the Berkshires, Charleston and Washington DC, as well international vacations in Israel, Europe, Turks & Caicos, the Cayman Islands and other exotic locations.  

 

Odellia offers everything from full-service vacation planning and booking, custom itinerary creation and restaurant recommendations for families, couples getaways, girls’ weekends, and solo vacations around the world.  No matter the services or destination, Odellia takes the stress out of planning while helping travelers make the most of their time away together. 

 

Odellia's Take OFF Travel is based in New York, where she lives with her husband and two children, ages 11 and 8.  Odellia is a dedicated foodie, theater and museum-goer.  Odellia has lots of loves, but of course she'd always rather be traveling!
